Managerial vacancy at Northwich Victoria

By Ian Templeman

Northwich Victoria have announced that first team manager Paul Moore has stepped down.

His decision was made public after last night’s Premier Division match away to Hanley Town.

A club statement said:

“Paul has worked incredibly hard during his time with the trickies and has always been professional and dedicated in everything that he has done.

Paul has a new business that has started to take more of his time, and as a result, was finding it more and more difficult to give his time and effort into the manager role for the club.

Paul leaves with our sincere thanks and appreciation for everything he has done for the club, especially during the difficult season last year and once again assembling a new team for this season’s campaign.

Northwich Victoria would like to place on record our appreciation and thanks to Paul who has always been a credit to the club in everything that he has done and we wish him all the very best in driving his new business forward.

Paul will always remain a friend of the club and we look forward to welcoming him back as a supporter in the near future.

The search now begins for a new manager and with no game for the next 10 days the club will endeavour to find a replacement manager as quickly as possible and applications will now be considered for the role”.

Applications for the position should be directed to the contacts below.
