With lots of County Cup and FA Vase games this week – milestones are very thin on the ground but League Statistician Kevin Lawton has trawled through the numbers and found the following milestones achieved this week.

Overall Milestones
Bacup Borough’s win at home to Steeton was their 500 th in the NWFCL.

Home Milestones
None to report this week.

Away Milestones
Colne’s defeat at Bury was their 700 th away game.

Goal Heroes
We got our first 4 goal haul this week; Tom Dawson hitting four of Holker Old Boys five as they won at Daisy Hill.
Big shout out to Zakariya Khan of Route One Rovers, he hit his third triple of the season and has so far managed one in each month: July, August and September.  Saul Henderson hit his first triple of the season for Wythenshawe FC in the 7-0 demolition of Squires Gate. This was actually his thirteenth hat-trick in the NWCFL and he now has 288 goals since 2013.
