The latest Stats Report has Kevin Lawton come up with more milestones, these covering the last seven days. 

Overall Milestones

  • Daisy Hill’s defeat at home to Bacup Borough was their 750th whilst the only goal of the game was Bacup’s 2,200th league goal, in what was also their 750th away game.

  • Barnton played their 300th league game with the win at home to Abbey Hulton last Wednesday night (and their 150th at home). The winning goal was the 200th conceded by the Visitors on their travels.

  • Congleton Town played their 1,050th game on Thursday night, beating Barnoldswick 1-0.

  • Wythenshawe Town contested their 150th league game, as they beat Lower Breck 2-0 at home.

Home Milestones

  • Another Wythenshawe Town milestone, their victory over Kendal last Tuesday was their 50th home win.

Away Milestones

  • Bacup and Abbey Hulton mentioned earlier with away milestones.

Goal Heroes

  • Benito Lowe hit his second triple for Wythenshawe Town in tree days, this time scoring three as his side beat Kendal Town 5-2 on Tuesday night.

  • Matthew Bryan hit three for Cheadle Town on Tuesday night as they beat Brocton 5-2

Managers

  • Congratulations to Andy Jenkins who managed his 500th game for Stockport Georgians, sadly his team went down 1-0 at Eccleshall. He was appointed in June 2008.

  • Jay Foulds took charge of his 450th Ashton Athletic game on Saturday. He was appointed in June 2013 and initially shared the role with Dougie Pitts until going solo in November 2021.

  • Peter Neilson reached the 150 games in charge landmark for Ashville with the defeat at Ellesmere Rangers.

  • Stuart Keir now has 100 games in charge of Cammell Laird 1907 after Saturday’s draw at home to Abbey Hulton
