Padiham Football Club have announced the appointment of Steve Wilkes and Steve Cunningham as their new management team for the forthcoming 2012/13 football season.
Both have a wealth of experience of football in the North West Counties Football League, with Wilkes returning to Padiham for his second spell in charge.
Storks secretary Alan Smith said: "We would like to put on record our thanks to all those who expressed an interest in the manager's position at Padiham and the selection panel who had the task of making the appointment.
"Padiham Football Club will start their pre-season warm up sessions on Tuesday 19th June with friendlies starting in July ready for the start of the new league season on August 4th".
One search that still goes on is that of finding a new main sponsor for the club to replace Atkinson & Morley Construction Ltd whose three year deal ran out at the start of May. Interested parties are asked to contact club secretary Alan Smith on 07775717698 for further details.
