A decision has been announced to both clubs concerning the outstanding game between FC Isle of Man and Prestwich Heys which was referred to the League Board of Directors.
On Saturday 4th April, the game between FC Isle of Man and Prestwich Heys was abandoned on 60 minutes due to Storm Dave's high winds affecting the game. The League instruction was to replay the game the following morning with a 10.00am kick off which would have allowed Prestwich Heys time to travel back to Manchester on their pre-booked scheduled flight. The club were unwilling to to comply with that instruction..
The Board decided that the game was to be replayed in the Isle of Man on Saturday 25th April which due to costs Prestwich Heys declined. Therefore, they have awarded the game to FC Isle of Man, although no goals are required be registered.
A victory and three points have been added to the playing record of FC Isle of Man and a loss to the playing record of Prestwich Heys.
