New Mills have announced that Ally Pickering has agreed to take charge of the first team until the end of the season, starting with tonight's home game against Ashton Athletic.
42 year old Ally played in the Football League for many years and his clubs included Burnley, Chester City, Rotherham United, Coventry City and Stoke City. Since retiring, Ally has managed Mossley and had two spells at Woodley Sports.
