As reported on the league website last week, Ashton Athletic have appointed Steve Wilkes as their new manager.
The former Darwen, Padiham and Runcorn Linnets boss will be assisted by Steve Cunningham who will take up his first job in management after moving from Colne, and combine his playing and coaching duties.
