Newcastle Town's Youth Team have been invited to play in the Northern Section of the Midland Floodlit Youth League Premier Division next season.
Secretary Ray Tatton said: "This is a great boost for the youngsters who finished runners-up in both the League and the League Cup, and they turned in some impressive performances in the League Cup against Premier sides Boldmere St Michaels, Â Chasetown and AFC Telford as well as against Kidderminster Harriers and Gloucester City.
"With most of the side available next season, last season's experiences with the Youth Team, Reserves and in some cases the First Team means the Club is hopeful that they will again give a good account of themselves and be challenging for honours, as well as pushing on towards the first team.
