League Milestones and Statistics: Saturday 30th September 2025
A quiet week for league stats as the Macron Cup took centre stage.

Home Stats:
Cheadle Town’s midweek defeat to Glossop was their 750th home game, having joined the league in its second season, 83/84.
Away Stats:
Ramsbottom Utd’s win at Euxton was their 400th game on the road and their defat at Irlam was their 150th away from home. Their second goal at Euxton was their 650th away.
Goal Heroes:
Barney Wiggin with three of Colne’s four in the Macron Cup win at Squires Gate, the clubs first triple since January 2024.
Kye Foley with three for Sandbach Utd’s four in their Macron Cup win against Haughmond.
General Stats:
Holker Old Boys suffered their first 0-5 defeat (at Euxton Villa) since January 2019, when they lost at Chadderton, 232 games ago.
Stockport Town suffered their first 2-3 defeat since March 2022, when they lost by that score away to FC Isle of Man
Burscough’s full time 0-0 with Dasy Hill in the Macron Cup was their first goal-less game since January 2023, a 136-game sequence.
Wythenshawe have the Premier Division’s only 100% home record. Ramsbottom are the only other undefeated team at home in the Prem, while Glossop North End, Barnoldswick Town and City of Liverpool are still looking for their first home win. Padiham are the only Prem side undefeated on the road.
In the First Division North, Droylsden have the only 100% home record. Maine Road, Maghull, Nelson and MSB Woolton are also unbeaten at home. Away from home, Fulwood Amateurs, Steeton and Holker Old Boys remain unbeaten. Bacup Borough, Daisy Hill an Ashton Athletic are yet to get a home win.
In the First Division South, Barnton, Eccleshall and Foley Meir are unbeaten at home, but no team has a 100% record. Haughmond and Ashville are still looking for a first home win. Telford Town and Runcorn Town are unbeaten on their travels.
