Golcar United's exceptional form has seen them be awarded the NWCFL Division One North Club of the Month for December.
Ashley & Gavin Connor's side emerged through a tricky festive period with three wins on their travels to cement their place at the top of the division. Beginning with a convincing 2-0 victory at Atherton LR, United won a hard-fought contest 3-2 at Cleator Moor before finishing with a 2-1 win at Chadderton after Christmas.
This run could prove crucial as the West Yorkshire club look to fend off title rivals Holker United in their next game at home on January 3rd.
