Isuzu FA Vase Fourth Round Draw

The FA have today released the draw details for the Fourth Round of the 2025/26 Isuzu FA Vase.
Five of our member Clubs progressed through to this round of the competition on Saturday, with one more possibly joining them when their postponed game is played next Saturday.
Due to the nature of the regionalised groups until the last 16 stage, all of our teams are in Zone 1 which consists of just four ties. As a result it was inevitable that at least four of our clubs would draw each other in the Fourth Round.
It's a Premier v First Division North affair as West Didsbury & Chorlton host Nelson. The two sides are both doing well in their respective divisions with West currently in fourth place in the Premier and Nelson in fifth place in the First Division North. It's the first meeting between the two clubs in over six years when West won 4-0 in an Edward Case Cup tie. We have to go back to August 2015 for the last Nelson win, a 4-2 triumph in the Premier Division.
Droylsden host United Counties Premier Division North side Sherwood Colliery in what will be Sherwood's first ever tie against a NWCFL side. Sherwood were relegated from the Northern Premier League last season, but have regrouped well and currently sit in second place in their league table. They have reached this round with wins over Retford United, Dudley Town, Easington Sports and South Normanton Athletic.
Chadderton are also at home, that against former winners North Shields. The Northern League side currently sit tenth in their league, and are no strangers to facing NWCL opponents with 14 previous meetings. They have never faced Chadderton, with their most recent being in the Fourth Round of last season's Vase when they beat West Didsbury & Chorlton.[[
The final side definitely through are South Liverpool. They will have to wait to find out their opponents but they will be at home against the winners of the postponed Winsford United v Prestwich Heys tie.
