Norton United General Manager John Cotton has received an award for his services to football in Staffordshire.
After being re-elected unopposed to the Staffordshire FA Council, to continue representing all the clubs at Steps 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the non league pyramid, Cotto also received a long service award for his 15 years continuous service on the council.
He said: "It is a great honour and privilege to receive the award, and I would like to offer grateful thanks to all who showed faith in me".
