The North West Counties League's 41st season kicks off on 30th July, and we can today announce the fixtures for the opening month of the season.

The first game of the season is special for all clubs, with renewed hope of promotion or play offs for many clubs. With six new clubs in the league, it is perhaps more special to them so we look at their fixtures first.

Kendal Town return to the NWCFL with an away trip to Vauxhall Motors to start. Their first home game comes on Tuesday 9th August with a terrific looking clash against AFC Bury.

As for the promoted clubs from the County League's, FC St Helens and Euxton Villa are both away to start in the First Division North, with St Helens travelling to Atherton LR and Villa to Bacup Borough. FC St Helens' first home game is on Tuesday 2nd August as they host South Liverpool, with Euxton Villa's seven days later when Darwen are the visitors.

In the First Division South, Ashville start their NWCFL adventure at home to Abbey Hey, with Stockport Georgians also at home to Brocton on the opening day. Foley Meir will be on the road to Cheadle Heath Nomads first, and they have Rocester in their first home game on Wednesday 3rd August.

Note that for teams without floodlights installed yet, kick off times will be the earlier time of 6.30pm.

Looking at the promoted and relegated teams, Bury AFC start off with a home game against Litherland REMYCA with FC Isle of Man also at home against Lower Breck. West Didsbury & Chorlton travel to Ashton Athletic with their first home game against Prestwich Heys on Tuesday 2nd August, whilst Runcorn Town start off life in the First Division North with a home game against AFC Blackpool on the opening day.

No fixtures have been put in for 6th August yet as the FA have not announce which clubs will be participating in the Emirates FA Cup. The 27th August is also free as this is the First Qualifying Round of the Buildbase FA Vase.

The remaining fixtures will likely be announce around the middle of July. This is because we have to wait for the Northern Premier League to release theirs due to the groundshare implications with some of our clubs.

Fixtures can be found on the club's individual Club Pages
