Maine Road have announced that they have parted company with manager Calum Sykes.
Calum took charge at Brantingham Road in the summer, having previously managed at Stockport Town and New Mills.
A club statement said:
"Maine Road FC have taken the decision to part company with manager Calum Sykes and would like to thank him for his commitment, time and efforts and wish him well for the future.
"With immediate effect, Ray Barnett has been promoted from Reserve Team manager and along with Jeff Newman will jointly manage the First Team.
"Both Jeff and Ray know the club inside out and they have the full support of the club committee. We wish them well for the rest of the season".
