Statement from The Hallmark Security League - Congleton Town v Padiham
The Hallmark Security League is aware of an alleged racial incident and theft from the dressing rooms which led to the abandonment of today’s game between Congleton Town and Padiham.
The League is investigating the matter and will work with both clubs and relevant authorities.
We take any matters of this nature extremely seriously, and abuse of any nature will not be tolerated.
No further statement will be made at this stage while investigations are taking place.
