The FA has announced that Temporary Dismissals (Sin Bins) will be introduced in Step 5 and Step 6 Leagues from the start of the 2019-20 season.
The moves comes after the various Step 5 and Step 6 Leagues across the country agreed to be considered for Sin Bins being introduced, at a meeting in September last year.
Plans to implement the training of match officials and club officials are now being drawn up, and the intention is that all training will be completed across the country by the end of June.
As far as the Hallmark Security League is concerned, a suitable venue is now being sourced for the session and once obtained and the date agreed, further information will be given.
