Matt Johnson of Eccleshall won the Reusch Division One Goalkeeper of the Month award for October.
Matt is the latest in an established goalkeeping dynasty at the club, as he follows in the footsteps of his father Richard, who was the goalkeeper when they won promotion to the North West Counties League in 2003. His older brother Sam is also a goalkeeper, having started his career at Port Vale and is now between the sticks for FC Halifax Town.
Matt was presented with the League award by League Fixtures Secretary John Reid, prior to the game against FC Oswestry Town.
