There is so much going on this weekend involving Hallmark Security League Clubs, action is taking place in the Emirates FA Cup, Buildbase FA Vase and of course, both Divisions of the Hallmark Security League.

With that in mind there are only a couple of Premier Division Matches scheduled, however we take a look at the games that may well have a big impact at both ends of the table.

So starting this week at the Silentnight Stadium where Barnoldswick Town host Bootle FC.  The Bucks travel to Barnoldswick not having had the same end result in successive fixtures all season.

That suggests some inconsistency in form at the moment, however, when they have won they generally have won well.  As a result of this they currently sit fourth in the table and are only four points in-turn behind second placed Runcorn Linnets.

Barnoldswick are currently in fourteenth position and have had a poor home record up to now, losing their last four at their own place, the latest of which was a 0-4 reverse to Charnock Richard on Tuesday night.

Over at the Millbank Linnets Stadium, high flying Runcorn Linnets continue their pursuit of neighbours, Runcorn Town.  They face an Abbey Hey side that on paper is struggling a bit at the moment.

In midweek Linnets came from two-nil down to beat AFC Liverpool 5-2 on Tuesday evening in a game with three penalties and plenty of incident.  That was their fourth straight League win in a surge that has seen them score 19 goals in a little over a fortnight.

Abbey Hey’s current League position is in-part down to having played only four games due to Cup Commitments.  They have four draws in all competitions up to now and that was the way their last league game finished too with a 3-3 draw against AFC Liverpool not a bad result given their form.  Abbey Hey will be aware of the fixtures looming, as they play three of the top seven over their next four games.
