West Didsbury & Chorlton have kick started the new season with the launch of their new club website.

On June 30th, www.wdcfc.co.uk officially went live to supporters, including an interview with manager Steve Settle and a message from Club Chairman Glyn Meacher.  In addition, the club also posted series one of their original online series, Teammates.

As well as this the complete works of in-house artist Lew Currie's acclaimed Penfold Pincher were made available.

The club’s new website offers complete integration of all the club's social media feeds including Twitter, Facebook and the clubs new Youtube channel.

Visitors to the website will be able to get the very latest news from the club as well as fixtures, results, match reports and goals for the first, women’s and reserve teams.

Club Secretary & Media Officer Rob McKay said: “As a club we’ve always strived to be the most innovative we can be when it comes to the club’s social media and we’ve had some great successes with the launch of the Dutch Uncles album and being named Manchester’s most hipster football club to name just a few.

"However, our original website just wasn’t capable of matching what we we’re aiming to achieve.  Now our supporters can enjoy a website that’s fully integrated for mobile users and means they will be able to find all of the club’s terrific media in one place.

"We’ve a terrific group of volunteers who work hard to produce content for the club and I wish to thank them all for their efforts in putting together the new website.”
