January 2024 Club of the Month Winners confirmed

The January 2024 Club of the Month Awards were reviewed and confirmed at the NWCFL Management Committee Meeting this week. With a number of clubs having a great month, winning margins were quite tight across all three Divisions but all are deserving winners.
In the Premier Division it was really tight between Bury and two other clubs, however it is The Shakers who are overall winners. They had a great record, playing 3 games and winning all three, 3-1 against Irlam at Home, 6-0 over Litherland Remyca at Litherland Sports Park and of course that eye catching 10-1 home win over Skelmersdale United.
In First Division North Ashton Town had a great start to the New Year with a 4-1 away wint at local rivals, Ashton Athletic then a 4-1 win over Garstang and 2-1 win over fellow promotion hopefuls Euxton Villa, both of those latter results were at home.
First Division South Club of the Month winners for January are Alsager Town. They had a great month, climbing the table to the cusp of the play-offs with a 5-0 home win over Cheadle Heath Nomads followed by a 1-3 defeat at Maine Road. The Bullets got firing again with a 4-2 away win at Winsford United and 3-2 Home Win over Ashville. Great form which has won them the February accolade.
