Barnoldswick Town have announced Andy Clarkson has been appointed to the position of First Team Manager from immediate effect.
It's a name that will be familiar around Lancashire as Clarkson was manager at Squires Gate for Two years up until his departure in September of 2019.. He is a manager with plenty of managerial experience at this level, having also worked at AFC Fylde as Head of Football Develpoment, the renowned Blackpool FC Academy and has also played at a good standard too, having played for the likes of Bradford City, Guiseley and Accrington Stanley.
Speaking to their club website on Sunday he stated: "I am thrilled and excited to be given this opportunity with Barnoldswick Town who are an ambitious club and share the same values and beliefs as myself both on and off the field. I cannot wait to get started."
