In the First Division North three fixtures are due to take place. This was supposed to be four games but due to floodlight issues, Nelson v Emley has been postponed. Sixteenth place Cleator Moor Celtic, looking for their first league win this decade, welcome Ashton Town to JBV Park, who have lost three of their last four games. Fourth in the table Shelley, who have four points from their last three games, entertain a Garstang side who have lost their last four games.

Both Wythenshawe clubs are also at home on Tuesday night with eleventh place Wythenshawe Amateurs at home to Alsager Town and seventh place Wythenshawe Town at home to second-bottom club Barnton. Amateurs have won their last three games scoring twelve goals and conceding none whilst visitors Alsager Town have drawn their last two games one all. Across Wythenshawe and Town look to extend their four games unbeaten run whilst Barnton look to build from Saturday's victory.
The Cheshire Senior Cup Quarter Finals take place on Tuesday as both 1874 Northwich and Northwich Victoria travel to Northern League Premier clubs. Northwich Victoria travel to Nantwich Town who have won their last three Northern League games. Nantwich have lost once in their last nine games and currently sit fifth in the league. 1874 travel to Northern Premier League Side Warrington Town who have lost just twice in their last thirteen league outings. Warrington Town sit sixth in the league.
In the Manchester Premier Cup Semi-Finals Premier Division side Irlam travel to Broadhurst Park to take on Northern Premier League side FC United of Manchester. Irlam have scored four goals in their last four goals and will face a tough game with their hosts unbeaten in their last twelve games.
Only one game takes place on Wednesday in the Premier Division as Longridge Town travel to Runcorn Town. The visitors have a big FA Vase 5th Round tie on Saturday to look forward to so will be hoping to escape many injuries against a Runcorn team who are unbeaten in their last five.
Plenty of football to look forward to in the coming week and although it’ll be a cold week let’s hope it stays dry and we see plenty of big crowds.
