Conah Bishop's goal for AFC Blackpool against Longridge Town was their 1100th home League goal.
Elliot Pond's third goal and AFC Darwen's sixth in the 7-1 win over St Helens Town was AFC Darwen's 300th home League goal.
The 3,000th League goal of the season was scored after six minutes, and three players scored in that time - Josh Nicholson (Ashton Athletic), Danny Brynes (Runcorn Town), and Riccardo Egidi (Squires Gate).
The 1,000th goal in the First Division South was also scored on Saturday, and the milestone can be shared by Joseph O'Brien (Maine Road) and David Webb (Vauxhall Motors), who both scored after 64 minutes.
