Winsford United enjoyed their derby win over Northwich Victoria, and now occupy a higher league position over their local rivals for the first time in many a year:

New Mills assistant manager Gareth Cross was happy with his side's display in the 3-1 win over Eccleshall:

Ashton Athletic Chairman Jimmy Whyte was similarly enthused about his side's 4-2 win over Runcorn Linnets in the FA Cup:

All seems happy in the Whitchurch Alport camp too, judging by Simon Everall's summing up after the 3-0 win over Stockport Town:

Aside of the football, the tuck shop at Yockings Park looks worth a visit for anyone with a sweet tooth:

And there was solace in defeat for Congleton Town, as hosts Hyde United were clearly impressed by their performance at Ewen Fields in the FA Cup tie between the two sides:
