The North West Counties Football League, who operate at Steps 5 & 6 in the National League System, are accepting applications from suitably qualified level 5-7 Referees to act as Assistant Referees on all their FA Supply League Divisions for the current season 2021/22.  We are approaching the half-way point of the season but we are still looking to recruit additional assistant referess who may not have been able to apply earlier in the summer or those who have been waiting to see what their options are prior to the season starting.

Our progressive League covers clubs affiliated to Cheshire, Cumberland, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield & Hallamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and West Riding County FA’s.  We would remind interested parties that the NWCFL is a semi-professional league and we do have the majority of our games on a Saturday, however we do have games midweek too.  Matches are usually played on a Saturday (kick off 3-00pm) and mid-week (kick off 7-45pm or 8-00pm).  We aim to provide support and opportunity for promotion throughout your Assistant referee career with us and as former winners of the FA Respect Campaign Special Award and keen advocates of supporting our Refereeing teams, we can offer you a strong level of backing as you develop and head through the levels.

All interested parties should contact Debbie Jessop via email at debbie.jessop@nwcfl.com
