Ahead of their game against Runcorn Town on Saturday afternoon, 1874 Northwich were presented with the Macron NWCFL Premier Division club of December award by NWCFL League Management Committee member Martin Fallon.

The winners for the third month in a row were 1874 Northwich - a remarkable achievement. They started the month off with a slender 1-0 away win at Whitchurch Alport, followed by a 3-2 win over Rylands on penalties. Four further league wins meant Wayne Goodison and Paul Bowyer's side ended the month in style, nine points clear of second-place Charnock Richard.
