Copies Still Available Of Non-League Grounds Books

A few weeks ago, we mentioned on the league website that Terry Gorman had produced a new book on the Non-League Grounds of Lancashire.
This latest publication followed on from Terry's book on the grounds of Liverpool and Manchester, and took him another two years' research and hard work to produce. This new 120 page book covers 75 grounds with over 300 photographs which are a combination of archive and current shots, and was produced with the assistance of many people associated with clubs in our league.
The older images will certainly generate nostalgia amongst those who have been around the North West non-league scene for any length of time, and the pictures are supplemented with a write-up about each ground which contains a brief history and some fascinating and often little-known snippets.
Terry's first book was described by one reviewer as being "A quirky but absolutely fascinating review of some really interesting places!". The same can be said about this latest fruit of Terry's labours, and as previously mentioned the latest book has a cover price of £17-95, but if you mention the League website when ordering, Terry will send you a copy for £17-00 with free post and packaging.
Terry has made us aware he now has just ten copies remaining of the first book - Liverpool and Manchester. That was priced at £14-95, so if anyone missed it and wants to buy both, the two books can be purchased for £31-00 including P&P on a first come first served basis, and provided you mention the Vodkat website.
