Bacup Borough Manager Brent Peters said: "Now we have secured the seventy five year lease at our Brian Boys West View Stadium from Rossendale Council, it was important that as a Community Football Club we sourced the ideal qualified person to come on board to concentrate soley on the three Special Projects we urgently need to come to fruition.
"Martyn Twist is experienced in every aspect of what is required to ensure our future imminent plans come to fruition very quickly, or as quick as the funding streams will dictate.
"This very much shows our commitment in striving to make Bacup Borough Football Club a total Community concept in the ensuing years to come."
