AFC Darwen are holding open trials at the WEC Group Anchor Ground this coming Saturday 23rd April, for their new development squad.
The trials are aimed at recruiting players for a squad that will compete as a development team, where the players will be developed to the necessary standard to progress into the first team squad.
The aim is that the team will compete in the Lancashire Galaxy League next season, and the club has applied for a place to compete in that league.
Anyone interested can turn up for a trial on the day, and further information can be obtained from AFC Darwen Club Secretary Sarah Hindle at info@afc-darwen.co.uk.
The trials start at 12.30 pm.
