Just four games survived at the weekend, with pitches around the league suffering from the after effects of the snow and rain of the past few days.

In the Premier Division, Silsden moved up to 6th spot with a 2-0 win at AFC Blackpool. Six minutes into the second half Kevin Ryan opened the scoring direct from a free kick, and then added a second 15 minutes from time.

In the other Premier Division game to survive the weather, Barnoldswick Town moved to within a point of safety with a crucial 2-1 win at Alsager Town.

Michael Blundell put the home side ahead six minutes before the break, but Kieron Lee equalised for Barlick on the hour and John Beckwith ensured the long journey back was a happy one when he grabbed the winner eight minutes from time.

In Division One, Cammell Laird 1907 moved back to the top of the table with a convincing 5-0 win over Daisy Hill.

Joe Holt opened the scoring in the 10th with a shot from 20 yards, and Joe Gibiliru doubled the advanatge just before the half hour, when he headed home from close range after a Foy free kick rebounded off the bar.

Craig Cairns put Lairds in the driving seat when he collected a Couch through ball and rounded the keeper to slot home a third just before half time, and added his second goal and Lairds' fourth with 19 minutes remaining.

Francis Foy wrapped up a comfortable win with a free kick into the top left hand corner of the net in the final minute.

In an entertaining game at the Select Security Security Stadium, Barnton consolidated their third place position with a 4-2 win over Widnes.

A ninth minute goal from James McShane gave Barnton a half time lead, and in the opening minute of the second half Widnes were reduced to ten men when skipper Tom Mitchell was red carded for a "last man" challenge.

It got worse for Widnes three minutes later when Ryan Jackson slotted home Barnton's second goal, but they hit back immediately and reduced the arrears within 90 seconds when Connor McCarthy headed home a Paul Cliff free-kick from the right.

James McShane then bagged his second and Barnton's third with 20 minutes to go with a great finish from ten yards, but again Widnes came back and eight minutes from time another right wing Paul Cliff free-kick was headed down into the path of Grahame Molloy, who netted his sixth goal in five games.

But with two minutes left, Ryan Jackson's second of the afternoon secured the points for Barnton when he produced a cool finish from Anthony Wynne's cross for his side's fourth goal.
