Colne are looking to appoint a match day massage/sports therapist.

The successful candidate must be available to attend both home and away matches on Saturday afternoons and some mid week evenings. The appointed person will be required to treat any pre-game first aid requirements and assess any on field incidents.

It is essential that the appointed person has a recognised first aid qualification, including CPR. They are also required to possess a basic massage qualification and, as a minimum, the FA intermediate certificate in the treatment and management of injuries (full diploma preferred).

Knowledge of SALTAPS protocol and supportive taping is desirable, but not essential as training will be given by the current club therapist, if required.

The successful candidate must agree to, and pass, an enhanced CRB check. Weekly expenses are paid during the football season.

Expressions of interest, together with relevant qualifications and experience, should be forwarded via email to club secretary Ed Lambert by June 10th 2013.

Ed's e-mail address is: colnefc_sec@hotmail.co.uk.
