liability for any claim, damage or loss resulting from the staging of any friendly match played between
NWCFL clubs or against any other football club.
NWCFL WEBSITE PUBLICITY POLICY
Details contained on the NWCFL Website regarding friendly fixtures and matches is given with no
engagement and on an ‘information only basis’ to serve the needs and interests of member clubs. No
guarantee, expressed or implied, concerning the content or accuracy of the information is made.
The onus is on the member club concerned to supply information to the NWCFL Media Officer or
Webmaster on fixtures and results, otherwise details will not be displayed. Requests for friendly
matches will be forwarded on to the NWCFL club mailing list without other involvement of the NWCFL.
CLUB ADVICE REGARDING FRIENDLY MATCHES
Health Safety and Crowd Control Measures
It is the Home club’s responsibility to ensure that all appropriate and/or required health, safety and
crowd control measures are in force at their ground or stadium for the friendly match being played.
Insurance Provisions, Affiliation and Match Official Registration
The competing clubs are responsible for ensuring that on the date of the match:
+ ‘Public Liability’ and ‘Players Accident’ insurances (also ‘Employers Liability’ if relevant) are in force
and cover the amount (level) set by the Football Association at the time in being;
+Their club is affiliated to the relevant County Football Association / Football Association;
+ Only ‘Match Officials’ registered with a County Football Association and at the required
classification level are used for the match.
